These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AdIQ, accessible at adiq.me, and the AdIQ campaign readiness scan service ("Service"). AdIQ is a product of MKWEB SOLUTIONS SRL, a company registered in Romania, European Union, operating under the IQ Europe and IQME brands ("we", "us", "our").
By submitting a scan request or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
AdIQ provides a free, manual campaign readiness scan of the website URL you submit. The scan analyses your website across approximately 40 criteria across four tiers — Quick Wins, Content, Technical, and Campaign Strategy — and delivers a written report to your email address within 48 hours of your request.
The AdIQ scan is an advisory report only. It does not:
The free AdIQ scan is available once per domain. We reserve the right to decline or limit requests at our discretion, including where we suspect abuse of the free tier, submission of duplicate or invalid URLs, or requests from competitors.
By submitting a scan request, you confirm that:
The AdIQ methodology, scoring framework, report structure, website content, brand assets, and all associated intellectual property are owned by MKWEB SOLUTIONS SRL. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our IP to you.
You retain full ownership of your website and any information you submit. By submitting your URL and details, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to access your publicly available website content for the purpose of conducting your scan and preparing your report.
Your AdIQ report is prepared specifically for you and your website. You may use it internally for your own business purposes. You may not resell it, publish it publicly, or present it as the work of any party other than AdIQ / IQME without our written consent.
We do not warrant that:
Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your ad spend, targeting, competition, market conditions, and the quality of implementation of any recommended fixes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MKWEB SOLUTIONS SRL, its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on your AdIQ report.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed EUR 100 (one hundred euros), reflecting the free nature of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
If you engage MKWEB SOLUTIONS SRL / IQME for any paid implementation services following your AdIQ scan, those services will be governed by a separate written agreement. These Terms do not apply to paid engagements except to the extent they expressly state otherwise.
Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may also have access to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and effective date are always shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email where we hold your contact details.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MKWEB SOLUTIONS SRL regarding your use of the AdIQ Service, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
